Commercial Officer – Kingston
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute professional to join a dynamic operations team as a Commercial Officer. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform pricing, service positioning, and business opportunities
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, tenders, and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards
- Support contract discussions by developing pricing models and providing commercial insights to secure competitive and sustainable agreements
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role, preferably within a service-driven environment
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
