Business Development Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director: A passionate go-getter and leader with a successful and proven Business Development and Sales track record.
Main Responsibilities
Aggressively increase recovery volumes and surpass aggressive growth targets.
Aggressively grow the company’s business clientele in line with targets
Establishing strategic partnerships to secure new business segments and revenue streams
Lead and manage a team of business development officers
Lead strategic and action plans for the company’s advertising and marketing programs
Market analysis and reporting, including targets and performance monitoring
Skills
Strategic leader, communicator, problem solver and negotiator.
Proposal writing and presentation proficiency
CRM proficiency and sales expertise
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary level education or equivalent
Min 3-5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or related field
Access to a reliable motor car
