The Human Resource (HR) Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all the transactional tasks and projects of the HR Department.
This position will be primarily responsible for the cost-effective purchasing or contracting for all equipment, materials and services required, including souring & managing supply, preparation of Quotations, Tenders and Proposals.
Supporting the Procurement function in enforcing the Procurement policy and procedures, working with internal stakeholder, managing supplier relationships and supplier performance in accordance with agreed criteria including the meeting of delivery timelines.
